Return and Exchange Policy

At Ralph Outfits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help with an easy return and exchange process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Shipping & Warehouse Locations

Important Notice for Our International Customers: To ensure fast fulfillment and high-quality craftsmanship, Ralph Outfits operates from multiple international hubs, including our main production and fulfillment center in Pakistan.

Depending on stock availability and your physical location, you may be required to ship your return item back to our facility in Pakistan.

  • How to get the return address: Please do not send your purchase back to the sender’s address on the shipping label. You must contact us first at info@ralphoutfits.com to get the correct authorized return address for your specific order.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Quick 3-Day Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item at our designated warehouse (US or Pakistan), our team will inspect it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card/PayPal/etc.).

  • The refund will be processed and credited back to your account within 3 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional few days for the credit to officially post to your account.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color due to a sizing issue, please email us at info@ralphoutfits.com. We will guide you through the exchange process. The item must meet the same “unused and original condition” criteria mentioned above.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
