1. Using Our Website

3. Products and Descriptions

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and sizes can vary slightly between styles, so please check the size guide and product details before ordering.

4. Prices and Payment

• Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change at any time, but a change will not affect an order already confirmed.
• Shipping costs and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We accept debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. Payment is taken when you place your order.
• If a price is clearly wrong (for example, a pricing error), we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Order Acceptance

Our confirmation email means we have received your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or an address we cannot deliver to. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy and our Exchange, Return and Refund Policy. Returns are sent to our US address, as explained in those policies. Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

All content on this site, including text, product descriptions, images, logos, designs and layout, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
