Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ralph Outfits. We are dedicated to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

  • All orders are processed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 Business Days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)

We offer shipping to the United States. To ensure premium quality and craftsmanship, your jackets may be shipped from our international fulfillment hubs, including our main production setup in Pakistan.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping

  • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping

  • Transit Time: 7 – 12 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated time it takes for your order to arrive from the moment you place it is 8 to 15 Business Days (Handling Time + Transit Time).

4. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time / New York Time)

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 to 48 hours. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s portal (UPS, DHL, FedEx).

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ralph Outfits is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at info@ralphoutfits.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide photos of the package so we can resolve the issue swiftly
