1. General & Order Information

Q: How do I place an order on Ralph Outfits? A: Simply browse our collection, choose your jacket, select your correct size using our size chart, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to our secure checkout page.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it is placed? A: Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order moves into our production phase, and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: What is your order handling and processing time? A: All orders take 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday) to be processed, packed, and prepared for shipment. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive? A: Our standard transit time is 7 to 12 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Therefore, the total estimated delivery time from the moment you place your order is 8 to 15 Business Days.

Q: What is your daily order cut-off time? A: Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time / New York Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Q: Where do you ship from? A: To maintain premium quality and high-end craftsmanship, our jackets are dispatched from our international fulfillment hubs, including our main production setup located in Pakistan.

Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes, we provide Free Standard Shipping to the United States on all orders.

Q: How can I track my package? A: Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number (UPS, DHL, or FedEx). You can use this number on our “Order Tracking” page or directly on the shipping carrier’s website.

3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy window? A: We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package to request a return or an exchange.

Q: What are the conditions for a return or exchange? A: The item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags fully attached. It must also be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q: Where do I ship my return? A: Because we operate from international hubs, you may be required to ship your return package back to our main facility in Pakistan. Please do not send it to the address written on the shipping label. You must email us first at info@ralphoutfits.com to get the correct authorized return address.

Q: Who pays for the return shipping costs? A: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning any items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Q: How long does the refund process take? A: Once your return package is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 3 Business Days. (Note: Your bank or credit card company may take a few additional days to officially post the refund to your account).
